I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holidays. I know they've passed but that doesn't mean that the the spirit of Christmas and the holidays are gone. Remember to thank your family, remember your loved ones and never go to bed angry. It's the start of a new year and that always brings New Year's resolutions but remember you can start over any day you want; it doesn't have to be the beginning of the year to start a new resolution. And also for the next month I will be running on my treadmill in my basement instead of going to the gym :). Hope you all have had a great start to the new year and it's better than the last.
