It's the holidays and everyone has debt. You give presents and you get presents. Bills rack up and the industry skyrockets. This is not about that (mostly). This is about my student loan debt and how I am going to get out. As I previously wrote about in the last blog post "The Glorious Life of Post Graduation" I listed all my debt, student loans as well as credit cards. It's been almost a month since I wrote it so here is where I rank today:

As you can see some have gone up in the amount and some have gone down (barely down). The reason for this is because interest accrues on a daily basis. I have no control over that other than to make multiple payments a month and to pay the extra on the principal amount. This would help to reduce the amount quicker and to reduce the amount I am paying on interest. Unfortunately, I do not have the means to pay extra at the moment.

Next month, I officially start my new business with Lia Sophia. I am very excited to get started and so far I have 3 parties booked and potential 4th. So far I'm in love with all the jewelry I've gotten and I am looking forward to my first show. January is going to be a very busy month for me. I have 2 trips for work and 3 shows in a week. My New Year's resolution is to be down at least $20,000 on my loans. Fingers crossed I can make it work!
